Photo of the Week


The Pacific NW may be beautiful, but it is home to some crazy SOB's! Seems that every January 1st the lovely, gentle people of Washington run headlong into a local body of water (Capitol Lake in Olympia, WA. shown here). They leave the warmth and comfort of their cozy fireplaces to enter the frigid waters on purpose and they call it the Freezing Man Polar Blast.
Although it is not mentioned in any of the news articles I've found I'm sure shrinkage is major concern for these two gentlemen. I mean, just look at their facial expressions! How can this not be painful?
